We always strive to offer you the best rates through our official booking channels, including our website, email, phone, or in-person reservations. If you happen to find a better price on another publicly accessible platform before finalizing your booking, we will gladly match that price after verifying and confirming it.
You can access our location via the A2 Autobahn, taking either the Velden-West or Velden-Ost exits. For directions, we recommend using the complimentary route planner provided by Google Maps.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Your room will be ready from 15:00 on the day of your arrival.
The room is yours until 11:00 on your day of departure.

Please take advantage of our complimentary uncovered parking spaces within the hotel grounds. Additionally, starting from summer 2020, we are excited to offer our newly constructed garage facility, providing 50 parking spaces for a fee.

LIDO
Your room is equipped with a bathrobe reserved exclusively for your stay. Towels for the indoor pool and sauna are available at the reception desk. For your beach experience, complimentary beach chairs are provided.
Enjoy complimentary beach chairs in the lido. Upon arrival, collect sun lounger tokens from the reception desk to reserve your spot for the duration of your stay.
From late May to early September, our snackbar offers a delectable array of hot and cold dishes, as well as barbecue specialties for lunch.
Explore the waters with our boat rental services. Choose from sailboats, pedal boats, electric boats, windsurfers, stand-up paddleboards, and kayaks. Additionally, our party boat “Duffy 21” is available for self-driving, accommodating up to 10 people.
