Inquiries can be made via email, on the phone or using the booking form on our website. Consequently, you will receive a written offer from us.
We always strive to offer you the best rates through our official booking channels, including our website, email, phone, or in-person reservations. If you happen to find a better price on another publicly accessible platform before finalizing your booking, we will gladly match that price after verifying and confirming it.
You can access our location via the A2 Autobahn, taking either the Velden-West or Velden-Ost exits. For directions, we recommend using the complimentary route planner provided by Google Maps.
Cancellations are only accepted in writing (seehotel.europa@wrann.at ).
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Your room will be ready from 15:00 on the day of your arrival.
The room is yours until 11.00 on your day of departure.

Feel free to use our free outdoor parking spaces on the hotel grounds (limited availability!). You are also welcome to use our paid parking garage with 50 parking spaces.

Our indoor pool is open daily from 08:00. Closing time is 22:00!

The sauna operates daily from 16:00 to 20:00. In case of inclement weather, sauna hours may be adjusted.

LIDO
Your room is equipped with a bathrobe reserved exclusively for your stay. Towels for the indoor pool and sauna are available at the reception desk. For your beach experience, complimentary beach chairs are provided.
You will find deckchairs on the beach. These are free of charge for you Upon arrival, you will receive deckchair tokens at reception, which you can use to reserve your deckchair for the duration of your stay.
From late May to early September, our snackbar offers a delectable array of hot and cold dishes, as well as barbecue specialties for lunch.
At our hotel beach, you can hire sailing boats, pedal boats, electric boats, windsurfers, two stand-up paddle boards and kayaks. The same applies to the party boat ‘Duffy 21’ for up to 10 people, which you can drive yourself.
At the hotel beach, you will find the Mulle water ski school, which offers state-of-the-art equipment including water skis, tubing, banana boats and even parasailing.
You can obtain your sailing licence at the Berger sailing school.
OTHER ACTIVITIES
Experience professional tennis instruction at the Tenniscenter Velden by the Gianni Wollenberg Tennis School.
The mini golf course is located in front of the hotel at the entrance to the beach. It is illuminated until 10 p.m. Free use for our guests. Playing cards and balls are available at the reception.
The Apos Golf Academy is located just 500 metres from the hotel: 30 tees, chipping & putting green and practice bunker. We also offer special golf deals.

E-bikes can be hired from the tourist office and Uran bike shop on Villacher Straße.
IN GENERAL
Dogs weighing up to 15 kg are welcome on request and for a fee – please be sure to indicate when booking if you wish to bring your dog with you. Out of consideration for other guests, dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or beach club. However, you are welcome to bring your four-legged friend onto the terrace and into a designated area of the upper sunbathing lawn at the lido.
Let your little ones have a blast on our playground under adult supervision.
Smoking is not permitted in any of the hotel’s indoor areas, but it is permitted on the balconies and terrace.
